Transmission Fluid Change at Eric’s Automotive in Hamilton, ON

I really appreciated both the excellent level of customer and auto repair service I had at my first time visiting Eric’s automotive yesterday. We will use them again when the need arises!

Eric and the team are awesome. Patched our tire same day, very reasonable prices and they did a quick clean of the car mats. Exceptional service and highly recommended!

Listened to my problem, made sure that the solution was the right one. bonus- cleaned the dust on the dashboard I could never reach! Liked the photos and report card. very helpful.

I’m a little late sending in my review, I stopped in a few months ago…The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. They have even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly since the service. They provided a detailed inspection report with pictures sent directly to me, which made everything clear and easy to understand. The shuttle and detail service was a great convenience, and they were able to take me in right away and get everything handled quickly. Excellent customer service and a team that truly cares making the process easy for their customers. Highly recommend!

Very Detailed and Very good service. Definitely Coming back here again to service my car. They will explain to you what really happen to your car after they fixed it hand ups to that.

Took my lil Escape in for AC service and they fixed it Phew! 1st time. Booking appointment on line was easy and the staff working were all very friendly and helpful. They also did a thorough interior cleaning was a nice surprise and such an added bonus! Thank You.

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. From the front counter customer service, to the detailed vehicle inspection. Oh, did I mention they vacuum your interior as a courtesy?

I will definitely be bringing my Tesla here from now on.

What a great team. They leant me a loaner car for the day so that I didn't need to take the day off work. The inspection of my car was very detailed. Very fair prices too. They clean the inside of the car (the worse part to clean) instead of a half-ass outside wash that most shops do. Great idea team! I'II go back next time I need service, hopefully no time soon.

Took my car in to have the winter tires removed. First vist since the change from Whitwells. Job was done quickly in a couple of hours. Best of all they cleaned the interior of my car too!! Friendly staff. Thank you.

My go to place for my car now. I took my car to Eric’s Automotive at the beginning of February & I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of my car. My car had to have lots of work to be done, and Eric’s automotive made me feel very comfortable with not knowing a lot about cars. I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed at all. They were very polite and very accommodating. They detailed my car on top of the hard work they did. Hands down the best auto shop in hamilton, they’ve earned my full trust. Absolute great work & customer service. I highly recommend!

Fixed what the dealer couldn't!

After months of diagnostics on my 2019 Highlander with my local mechanic, AND the Toyota dealership, I tried Eric's based off a review of someone with a similar problem. Shaun and the technician (Zach?) really pulled through. There was a latent electrical wiring issue, somehow related to the ABS Actuator and a trailer harness hookup that took some real thought. They spent the time to trace and properly evaluate what needed to be repaired, and came through. The silver lining to this whole fiasco was that I got introduced to such an all-star shop. If you have any electrical wiring issues, skip the dealership and go right to Erics!

This is absolutely and without a doubt one of the best auto shops I’ve been too in Hamilton Ontario!!!
I had taken My 2014 Chevy Malibu to this shop as it was not starting for some apparent reason so I had it towed over to the shop. I’ve got to say Korey did an excellent service on my vehicle and it is looking absolutely terrific and great!! I highly recommend this shop for those who are looking to get their vehicle fixed or serviced. Very courteous and friendly staff and excellent clean environment.

Ron and I pick up our kia soul today from them. The service was amazing. They went up and beyond there service. Reason rates. Our car went there is poor condition and came out there in better form...we will definitely be going back. They even cleaned our car...very impressed. Thank you again

This was my first visit at this new Eric's location. I am very impressed with their service. Even though I just had an oil change they did a full inspection and included a written copy with pricing and photos. They also detailed the interior!! Amazing.
