They provided a detailed inspection report with pictures sent directly to me, which made everything clear and easy to understand. The shuttle and detail service was a great convenience, and they were able to take me in right away and get everything handled quickly. My car had to have lots of work to be done, and Eric’s automotive made me feel very comfortable with not knowing a lot about cars. I didn’t feel like I was getting scammed at all. After months of diagnostics on my 2019 Highlander with my local mechanic, AND the Toyota dealership, I tried Eric's based off a review of someone with a similar problem. Shaun and the technician (Zach?) really pulled through. There was a latent electrical wiring issue, somehow related to the ABS Actuator and a trailer harness hookup that took some real thought. They spent the time to trace and properly evaluate what needed to be repaired, and came through. The silver lining to this whole fiasco was that I got introduced to such an all-star shop. If you have any electrical wiring issues, skip the dealership and go right to Erics!
