Definitely recommend this team. They were extremely busy with a packed schedule, but they made the time to get the heating of my car fixed smoothly and efficiently. The team gave a comprehensive explanation of the situation as well as made clear recommendations. No up-selling here. An amazing bunch of people. I would definitely recommend them if you are in Hamilton or the surrounding areas and need your car issues handled professionally and smoothly. PS: the pricing is very reasonable and they also provide a complete breakdown of the cost involved.

Beyond pleased with their service from a to z. Very friendly staff, professional and time efficient. I can definitely tell they’re well experienced and knowledgable in the automotive field and very transparent and honest with what work they recommended to be done. They also provided me free transport shuttle service and shuttle driver was very friendly and would not take any tip from me. I picked up my car from them washed as complimentary service and old tires were packaged and placed nicely in my car. Not only that, they left me a gift bag with a few things inside and some popcorn! Will deal with them moving forward. Shout out to Kyle!

Eric’s Automotive is easy to work with and provide cost-effective repairs when you need them. They do a thorough check or your vehicle and you get an inspection report together with pics of any problem areas. They worked to get my repairs done, at reasonable prices, and also returned my vehicle to me cleaned. On top of that, the shuttle service was very accommodating so I didn’t have to wait unnecessarily for the repairs to be done. Overall, excellent service, communication and reasonably priced.

Excellent service. It was my first time visiting this shop. I booked my service easily online and dropped my car off after hours. They have a place to safely leave a key and a note about your car. I had a call promptly at the time of my scheduled appt, and again when the service was done. I received a detailed report with pictures and explanations of what my car needed, which they later walked through with me on the phone. As someone who is not super familiar with cars, I found this feature extra helpful. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative! Thanks again :)

12/10! Eric’s automotive is the place to go! Everyone is very nice! Customer service was amazing! Kyle took the time to explain all of the issues that were happening with my car, and answered the millions of questions I had, he explained to me all of my options! The service was done all in one day and they even cleaned the inside of my car! Wow! Bonus- They also left a goodie bag inside my car for me! Thank you again to Kyle and everyone who helped me out today! Will 100% be coming back again! Oh and they’re dog friendly! I had to choice but to bring my 110lb dog with me today and everyone at Eric’s loved him and didn’t mind him coming along inside. Highly recommend!

Eric and his team took great care of me. My car broke down and I had to get it towed to their shop and from day one Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even though they don’t work with warranty companies and modified cars, they did their absolute best to make sure my problems were resolved. Their prices were very reasonable and they accommodated me every step of the way. I love my car and take care of it and I can confidently say I have never gotten as good service as they provided me anywhere.

I’ve been going to Eric’s Automotive for approximately 6 years now. Every single person I’ve dealt with at Eric’s has been professional and respectful. I’ve been to shops that give off bad vibes with their aggressive and pushy sales people. Eric’s is NOT that kind of place. The first time I visited, I got the sense that they were trustworthy folks. And this was largely due to my interaction with Korey, who is always a pleasure to deal with. Something that’s worth mentioning is their shuttle service. It’s a big timesaver. I recently got a flat tire while at work. I drove to Eric’s using my spare while on my lunch break. They shuttled me back to work, and then picked me up once my shift was finished. They had the repair finished by the end of the day, and I ended up driving my car home from the shop. I didn’t have to miss work and I didn’t have to go on a day off. You can’t beat that!

I recently brought my 2016 Acura to Eric's Automotive after hearing some concerning metal-on-metal sounds. They were the first to pop up on Google, and I'm so glad I called them. I spoke with Kyle who got me in the same day! Within two hours of dropping off my car, I had a full inspection report that clearly outlined the issues. The team provided immediate recommendations, flagged potential concerns, and assured me of what was still in good condition. I had my front brakes serviced, rear brake pads and rotors replaced, and a rear differential fluid change—all done by the next morning. The service was efficient, transparent, and professional. Eric's Automotive in Hamilton, Ont, has been a good experience for me. I've been to many garages in Hamilton and i can say without a doubt that they are top-notch! The are friendly and professional when you first meet them, They explain in detail what they were going to do regarding repairs (in my case it was the air conditioner) on the vehicle and what it cost up front. The part I was happy about is that they honoured the repairs in a timely manner and they encourage you not to hesitate bringing the vehicle back if there was an issue. I recommend them!

Brought the wife's car in for a coolant leak which turned out to be quite the job with water pump, thermostat and some maintenance that would be required shortly down the road. Came in priced a bit less than quoted, very professional, friendly knowledgeable staff. Updates throughout the process and picked me up from work when the job was done. I'll highly recommend them as your go to mechanic. Most nowadays won't touch imports or diesels, which gave me even more peace of mind when they had no issues at all. Keep up the great work, I'll be back for sure.

My first experience with Eric's and a very positive one. I booked my service appointment online which was very easy. I dropped my car off after hours. I was called first thing in the morning to go over my service requirements. Korey was very pleasant and very detailed as I wanted the AC looked at as well as an oil change. Korey called me back later in the morning to confirm what they had found and completed. He told me they would do a complete inspection and there maybe some recommendations. No hard sell on doing anything further. When I picked up my vehicle I found the office to be very clean and had a nice waiting area. As a new customer I was given a very unexpected surprise of a $25.00 off on my next service and when I got in my car there was a gift bag of goodies. This was on top of the excellent service. I would highly recommend Erics Automotive.

Glad I found them. Loved the fact they image and video record diagnostics -- and showed me more than I was asking for (AC issues) and why we should not drive our SUV cross border to US due to some serious issues to fix first! We'll figure that out later but at least we solved the cross border travel by renting a car instead for safety.

Impressive and exceedingly professional service. I had lots of questions about my vehicle. Despite being very busy, Kyle took the time to give me detailed answers to each of my questions, offered helpful solutions, and was courteous and professional. You can tell these guys know what they're doing and have a great system in place. Did not feel ripped off in any way, and the suggested services were offered in an honest way. They offered me a shuttle even though I am not super close to their shop. They wiped the inside dash of my car as a complimentary gesture as well as leave a little gift bag. Expect to receive kind, knowledgeable, and professional service here. They're honest and transparent, and provide quotes with taxes included, which is always much appreciated. The customer space at the front of the shop (facing King St.) is always neat and tidy, and staff greet you with a smile. Absolutely incredible service. I called Eric's when I was in an accident on a rainy day. They called me a tow truck, shuttled me home and were incredibly kind and helpful. They talked me through everything and sent me clear, thorough details of all the repairs needed, and even let me keep the car in the lot for a few days while I sorted out my finances. Then they helped me scrap the vehicle when the repairs were out of budget. Every single employee I dealt with has been nothing but helpful, kind and caring. Ladies, if you're nervous about going to a mechanic, come to Eric's. they will take care of you!

I was sceptical of this place at first in all honesty, but i went and took my car in for diagnostics for a cooling system malfunction that i didn’t want to deal with in this crappy weather, they went and took my car in right away and figured out the problem with a matter of a few hours, they clean your car for you, (thank you for that, though you didn’t have too,.. just one more thing of my todo list) and they leave a goody bag for you as well for a surprise, the price is fair, the people are kind, and they don't leave a mess under the hood, i recommend this place highly, thank you for your service, will be back if there’s work i don't want to do, thank you. - Brandon
