I have been to many garages that have turned me away because apparently the work was too difficult, but I found Eric’s and I will never go to another garage again. They did an amazing job on my truck, very quickly, knowing that I needed it for work and there was no hidden charges or fees. They cleaned my truck inside and out. Gave me a little thank you gift package and Kept me informed of progress and issues if they arose. There was no sugar coating or hidden fees. Only charged me for what was needed. Very pleased. Completely Recommended!!

My nightmare car issues started several months ago. The whole experience made me learn more about cars I’ve ever had to learn in life. Eric’s Automotive was the sixth mechanic I brought my car to because the other five mechanic (including VW dealership), could not fully figure out the issues of cold engine stalling, misfiring, and engine flooding. Five other parts, and multiple repairs/inspections were done on my vehicle at an attempt to fix my misfiring in two cylinder’s, but each time the engine light and same codes would come back. Already spent close to 2 grand before I went to Eric’s. Most of those mechanics worked on my vehicle, or inspect it, only to tell me they didn’t provide specific services needed for Volkswagen vehicles such as GDI repairs, or carbon cleaning. It makes no sense to me why many mechanics today don’t have the knowledge or technological skills, and or just the modern tech needed to diagnose newer vehicles. I’d appreciate it more if they turned me away if they didn’t have the ability to fully work on my vehicle in the first place, instead of guessing. I wish I had found Eric’s automotive first, and despite them missing the problem in their initial inspection, and the problem persisting after the carbon cleaning; they were quickly able to pin point the issue, and put in their own parts in my vehicle to confirm, prior to ordering and replacing expensive parts. The carbon cleaning was on the expensive side, along with all four injectors and pump being replaced, the total was just shy of $5k, with three weeks of work. My vehicle runs 90% better than it was before! They did inform me of all the other work needed that I can’t afford just yet, that should bring my car back to running perfectly once I get that completed at a later date. The last mechanic prior literally gave up on my car and told me it wasn’t sounding too good and to sell it. I’m grateful for all the hard work Eric, Corey, and the team did for not giving up on my vehicle! If it wasn’t for their dedication, I wouldn’t have a vehicle to care for my disabled daughter. Eric’s Automotive is great, they got my car in within a couple days of calling them, their prices were more than competitive, they have a shuttle service so you’re not stuck having to take an uber or the bus after dropping your car off, and they even detailed my car after doing the work on it. I took my 2008 BMW 323i to Eric's Automive for an orange check engine light, which would stall my car while driving. It turned out to be a sparkplug and coil issue. In all my years having my car serviced, they would fix what I came in for, and I'd be on my way. Well, not so at Eric's Auto. (A real gem) They pointed out current problems and other serious issues (supported by photos) I was not even aware of. Eric's Automive fixed everything. My car drives like it's new. It's a great feeling. Everything they did is under warranty. I finally found my auto machenics shop I can trust. Great place. Try them yourself, and you'll see.🇨🇦

Definitely recommend this team. They were extremely busy with a packed schedule, but they made the time to get the heating of my car fixed smoothly and efficiently. Beyond pleased with their service from a to z. Very friendly staff, professional and time efficient. I can definitely tell they’re well experienced and knowledgable in the automotive field and very transparent and honest with what work they recommended to be done. They also provided me free transport shuttle service and shuttle driver was very friendly and would not take any tip from me. I picked up my car from them washed as complimentary service and old tires were packaged and placed nicely in my car. Not only that, they left me a gift bag with a few things inside and some popcorn! Eric’s Automotive is easy to work with and provide cost-effective repairs when you need them. They do a thorough check or your vehicle and you get an inspection report together with pics of any problem areas. They worked to get my repairs done, at reasonable prices, and also returned my vehicle to me cleaned. On top of that, the shuttle service was very accommodating so I didn’t have to wait unnecessarily for the repairs to be done. Overall, excellent service, communication and reasonably priced.

Excellent service. It was my first time visiting this shop. I booked my service easily online and dropped my car off after hours. They have a place to safely leave a key and a note about your car. I had a call promptly at the time of my scheduled appt, and again when the service was done. I received a detailed report with pictures and explanations of what my car needed, which they later walked through with me on the phone. As someone who is not super familiar with cars, I found this feature extra helpful. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative! Thanks again :)

12/10! Eric’s automotive is the place to go! Everyone is very nice! Customer service was amazing! Kyle took the time to explain all of the issues that were happening with my car, and answered the millions of questions I had, he explained to me all of my options! The service was done all in one day and they even cleaned the inside of my car! Wow! Bonus- They also left a goodie bag inside my car for me! Thank you again to Kyle and everyone who helped me out today! Will 100% be coming back again! Oh and they’re dog friendly! Eric and his team took great care of me. My car broke down and I had to get it towed to their shop and from day one Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even though they don’t work with warranty companies and modified cars, they did their absolute best to make sure my problems were resolved. Their prices were very reasonable and they accommodated me every step of the way. I love my car and take care of it and I can confidently say I have never gotten as good service as they provided me anywhere.

I’ve been going to Eric’s Automotive for approximately 6 years now. Every single person I’ve dealt with at Eric’s has been professional and respectful. I’ve been to shops that give off bad vibes with their aggressive and pushy sales people. Eric’s is NOT that kind of place. The first time I visited, I got the sense that they were trustworthy folks. And this was largely due to my interaction with Korey, who is always a pleasure to deal with. Something that’s worth mentioning is their shuttle service. It’s a big timesaver. I recently got a flat tire while at work. I drove to Eric’s using my spare while on my lunch break. They shuttled me back to work, and then picked me up once my shift was finished. They had the repair finished by the end of the day, and I ended up driving my car home from the shop. I didn’t have to miss work and I didn’t have to go on a day off. You can’t beat that!

I recently brought my 2016 Acura to Eric's Automotive after hearing some concerning metal-on-metal sounds. They were the first to pop up on Google, and I'm so glad I called them. I spoke with Kyle who got me in the same day! Within two hours of dropping off my car, I had a full inspection report that clearly outlined the issues. The team provided immediate recommendations, flagged potential concerns, and assured me of what was still in good condition. I had my front brakes serviced, rear brake pads and rotors replaced, and a rear differential fluid change—all done by the next morning. The service was efficient, transparent, and professional. I couldn’t recommend Eric's Automotive, Kyle, and his team enough! Thank you!

Eric's Automotive in Hamilton, Ont, has been a good experience for me. I've been to many garages in Hamilton and i can say without a doubt that they are top-notch! The are friendly and professional when you first meet them, They explain in detail what they were going to do regarding repairs (in my case it was the air conditioner) on the vehicle and what it cost up front. The part I was happy about is that they honoured the repairs in a timely manner and they encourage you not to hesitate bringing the vehicle back if there was an issue. I recommend them!

Brought the wife's car in for a coolant leak which turned out to be quite the job with water pump, thermostat and some maintenance that would be required shortly down the road. Came in priced a bit less than quoted, very professional, friendly knowledgeable staff. Updates throughout the process and picked me up from work when the job was done. I'll highly recommend them as your go to mechanic. Most nowadays won't touch imports or diesels, which gave me even more peace of mind when they had no issues at all. Keep up the great work, I'll be back for sure.
