Another great experience at Eric's Auto. Had an oil change done and a few other minor things. They laid out a description of what should be looked at and fixed in the upcoming year and best of all they clean the inside of your vehicle! Who does that?? Eric's does!!

Great Service! Friendly, informative, polite and professional. They had the job done on time and as I leaving the car there to have the work done they provided me with a ride home and a pick up when it was ready. I will continue to use this service as long as I have a vehicle.

Found all the things wrong with my car without pressure to fix everything. Got me a free UBER home, took care of the more urgent problems by next day, even cleaned my car. I will return.

Everything done as requested. They also did a thorough check of the rest of the car and gave me a clear written report on what else should be done to keep it safe and running properly.

Been taking my 10yr old car here for a little while now and they do excellent work; they do a thorough assessment and take pictures so you where the problems are together with their online report for you, and they even help set up a ride for you if need be while they work on your vehicle. I’m a little late sending in my review, I stopped in a few months ago…The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. They have even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly since the service. They provided a detailed inspection report with pictures sent directly to me, which made everything clear and easy to understand. The shuttle and detail service was a great convenience, and they were able to take me in right away and get everything handled quickly. Excellent customer service and a team that truly cares making the process easy for their customers. Highly recommend!

Took my lil Escape in for AC service and they fixed it Phew! 1st time. Booking appointment on line was easy and the staff working were all very friendly and helpful. They also did a thorough interior cleaning was a nice surprise and such an added bonus! Thank You.

What a great team. They leant me a loaner car for the day so that I didn't need to take the day off work. The inspection of my car was very detailed. Very fair prices too. They clean the inside of the car (the worse part to clean) instead of a half-ass outside wash that most shops do. Great idea team! I'II go back next time I need service, hopefully no time soon.
