BMW Hamilton Service – What To Expect During A Routine Inspection And Maintenance

Another great experience at Eric's Auto. Had an oil change done and a few other minor things. They laid out a description of what should be looked at and fixed in the upcoming year and best of all they clean the inside of your vehicle! Who does that?? Eric's does!!
Thanks guys!

Great Service! Friendly, informative, polite and professional. They had the job done on time and as I leaving the car there to have the work done they provided me with a ride home and a pick up when it was ready. I will continue to use this service as long as I have a vehicle.

Found all the things wrong with my car without pressure to fix everything. Got me a free UBER home, took care of the more urgent problems by next day, even cleaned my car. I will return.

Everything done as requested. They also did a thorough check of the rest of the car and gave me a clear written report on what else should be done to keep it safe and running properly.

Been with Eric for 5-6 months now? And they always give the right care and attention to my Subaru. I just got a transmission replacement done, and everything went seamless. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Eric and team!

Been taking my 10yr old car here for a little while now and they do excellent work; they do a thorough assessment and take pictures so you where the problems are together with their online report for you, and they even help set up a ride for you if need be while they work on your vehicle. I'd recommend Eric's to anyone.

I really appreciated both the excellent level of customer and auto repair service I had at my first time visiting Eric’s automotive yesterday. We will use them again when the need arises!

If anybody is looking for "my mechanic" for their automotive repair needs, look no further. At Eric's Automotive one will get an honest, detailed estimate and an impeccable repair. Friendly staff, efficient customer service, free shuttle service. Thank you Eric's Automotive team.

Eric and the team are awesome. Patched our tire same day, very reasonable prices and they did a quick clean of the car mats. Exceptional service and highly recommended!

First time going to Eric s Automotive. Took my vehicle in for a safety, easy booking, drop off and pick up. They were very accomodating and l will definitely use them again. They went above and beyond to get the parts needed so we had the car back the same day.
Great experience, great staff
5 star rating.

Thanks so much,
Linda

Best guys in town. From the start to finish you'll receive top notch customer service. The technicians do good and honest work. If you love your car and would like it to last forever take it here.

Listened to my problem, made sure that the solution was the right one. bonus- cleaned the dust on the dashboard I could never reach! Liked the photos and report card. very helpful.

I’m a little late sending in my review, I stopped in a few months ago…The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. They have even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly since the service. They provided a detailed inspection report with pictures sent directly to me, which made everything clear and easy to understand. The shuttle and detail service was a great convenience, and they were able to take me in right away and get everything handled quickly. Excellent customer service and a team that truly cares making the process easy for their customers. Highly recommend!

Very Detailed and Very good service. Definitely Coming back here again to service my car. They will explain to you what really happen to your car after they fixed it hand ups to that.

Took my lil Escape in for AC service and they fixed it Phew! 1st time. Booking appointment on line was easy and the staff working were all very friendly and helpful. They also did a thorough interior cleaning was a nice surprise and such an added bonus! Thank You.

I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. From the front counter customer service, to the detailed vehicle inspection. Oh, did I mention they vacuum your interior as a courtesy?

I will definitely be bringing my Tesla here from now on.

Keep up the great work Korey and Kyle.

Cheers,
Matt

What a great team. They leant me a loaner car for the day so that I didn't need to take the day off work. The inspection of my car was very detailed. Very fair prices too. They clean the inside of the car (the worse part to clean) instead of a half-ass outside wash that most shops do. Great idea team! I'II go back next time I need service, hopefully no time soon.

Corey was wonderful! Kind, professional, and transparent throughout the process. As a woman getting car repairs, I really appreciated the honesty & straightforward service. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience! Professional and honest staff, great prices and great service! Will for sure be returning for any future service to my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Korey and Eric were amazing, they went above and beyond to explain everything that had to be done with my car, I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you

Both Eric and Korey were kind and knowledgeable regarding the repair and maintenance of my vehicle. Eric walked me through my vehicle report and gave me an idea of the maintenance my car will need in the future. I noticed my floor mats were clean too, thank you for that! Appreciate the excellent service.

First of all if I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would! I’m so happy with the service at Eric’s. They went above and beyond to fit my car in to make sure I was safely on the road for my commute to work! Professional, friendly, accommodating! I really like the service report they send - it breaks down what is good with your vehicle, what needs to be done, and what is upcoming. It’s visual and easy to understand! Thanks so much Eric!!
